Artists from the fields of literature, film and composition can apply for artist's grants from Villa Aurora in 2020 until the end of April.

VATMH encourages applications from freelance filmmakers, authors, and composers whose works have been presented to the public. The Villa Aurora is the former exile home of the German-Jewish writer Lion Feuchtwanger in Los Angeles. Since 1995, more than 350 artists have revitalized this historic place and have in turn been inspired by U.S. culture and nature, the exiles’ traces, and the artists who lived and worked at Villa Aurora with them.

The application deadline for artist-in-residence grants at the Villa Aurora in 2020 is April 30, 2019.
