Matthias Göritz is a poet, translator and novelist living in Frankfurt/Main.
Among others he has published the novel "The short dream of Jakob Voss" in 2005,
for which he received the Mara Cassens Prize, and the poetry collection "Tools" in 2012.  C.H. Beck published his translation of Nicholson Baker's novel "The Anthologist "(2010) (together with Uda Strätling). Most recently, he was awarded the Robert Gernhardt price.
